My thoughts about the MMD Community

Today I'm going to express my opinion about the MMD Community. I've been holding my thought for a very long time so I'm going to let it out. There are some parts that somewhat bothers me, but it doesn't bother me that much.
1. People who tend to brag about their work.
You guys may not notice this but for me, I've been noticing something like this a long time ago. Most MMD users are usually calm and explain that why they like this character or song but some users out there tend to be loud and obnoxious. Sometimes I see people say, "HURR HURR, I MADE THIS AWESOME SHIT!!" Hearing people say things like that when they either make a model or a motion up for DL makes me feel slightly disturbed because they were making it so obvious she or he made that model or motion. It also makes not want to download that person's model or motion and it's not because it's good or bad. It's the person's loud and obnoxious behavior that made me not want to DL it. I hope I'm not offending anyone. If I am, I'm really sorry. If some of you guys like that person's personality, That is absolutely fine. For me, I'm just not really use to it at all yet.
2. Huge Obsession over Melanie Martinez
Ever since I started MMD, I've been noticing a lot that MMD users were making a lot of models of her and a lot of motions of her songs lately. MMD models of YouTubers is one thing but, a model of a music artist? That's something I don't see evryday. If you're going to make models over famous singers, why not make a model of, I don't know, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Adele, Rihanna, Meghan Trainor, Jennifer Lopez, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, or Shakira? I don't see models of them but I see a lot of models of Melanie Martinez. I'm not against it or anything. I think it's cool to see a model of her because of most of them that I see are cute and adorable. I just really want to know . . . . . .Why? Here's my assumption. There's a fashion trend I discovered not so long ago called pastel goth. I knew goth, emo, and Gothic Lolita fashion before but I didn't know pastel goth existed. Pastel Goth is a fashion trend mixing with elements of goth and pastel colors. It's basically a cute version of goth. I'm bringing this up because Melanie Martinez is a pastel goth herself which made me think that majority of the MMD users out there are pastel goths as well. That's probably why I see a lot of MMD models of Melanie Marinez and Motions of her songs. Another assumption is that there probably just, huge fans of Melanie Martinez. Patel Goth or not.
That's all I'm going to say for now. Again, I really hope I'm not offending anyone after what I just said. If I am, I am so, so sorry.
